The room is gorgeous, the service is warm and impeccable and that, of course makes everything even more outstanding. The food is seasonal, balanced, flavorful, beautiful to look at and incredibly delicious. Plus, should you have a vegetarian in your party I guarantee that after your meal they will say "that was the best meal I've had in Paris". The way the kitchen at Maceo works with vegetables is genius - and that is good for all involved!

Sublime! Old world architecture with light open space describes the interior of this amazing restaurant. Upon entry you feel that you are somewhere special. The staff is warm and yet flawlessly professional. The chef is masterful in his preparation of delicate and delicious local seasonal fare with awe inspiring presentation. This fabulous restaurant offers many inspired vegetarian options, a vast wine cellar and Louvre worthy desserts. We were in the city for 8 nights. We dined there our first night and returned on our last. Our absolute favorite dining experience. Thank you Maceo.
